An ideal property management choice for SNOWBIRDS!
Quicksilver services include private property management in the niche market specializing in home ownership by foreigners, particularly Snowbirds who do not live in San Pedro full-time. As SNOWBIRDS, you want your property looked after in your absence and ready for your stay upon return. No management services for tourist rentals are offered.
Service includes:
· Paying monthly utility bills
· Paying annual property taxes
· Paying of Caretakers, garden/yard workers, housekeepers, etc
· Coordinating repairs for plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc
· Provide a monthly record of income and expenses to the owner
· Hurricane boarders (up and down). Boards and methods to be provided by the owner
The homeowners are responsible for all expenses related to the residence and must maintain a contingency fund accessible by the property manager at her discretion. Any expenses exceeding this amount will require owner approval.
